What's inside

Every section a lender looks for, in the order they look for it

Why SBA Ready Plans

Written from the lender's side of the desk

We spread the numbers first

Your financials are analyzed the way a bank spreads them, so problems with cash flow or coverage get fixed before the lender sees them.

Assumptions you can defend

Every projected figure ties to a written assumption, so you can answer the credit officer's questions with confidence.

No templates

Each plan is written for your business, your market and your loan request, in plain language a loan committee can follow.

Founded by Daniel Gutierrez, a banking consultant whose work centers on credit risk, underwriting platforms and small business lending. He has helped owners in childcare, logistics, laundromats and auto export put together their SBA loan packages.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a business plan for an SBA loan?

Most SBA lenders require one for startups, acquisitions and expansions, and many ask for projections on any request where historical cash flow alone doesn't show repayment. Your lender will tell you what they need, and we'll match it.

What do I need to send?

Usually the last three years of business tax returns (or the seller's, for an acquisition), interim financials, your resume, and any quotes, leases or purchase agreements. We send a checklist after your consultation.

How much does a plan cost?

Pricing depends on the loan type and how complex the financials are. You'll get a fixed quote after your free consultation, before any work begins.

How long does it take?

We set a delivery date on your first call based on your lender's deadline. Tell us your timeline in the form notes if you're in a hurry.

Can you guarantee my loan gets approved?

No one can. Approval depends on your credit, collateral, equity injection and the lender's own policy. A strong plan makes your case as clear and well supported as it can be.

Are you part of the SBA?

No. SBA Ready Plans is an independent business-planning service. We prepare plans that meet SBA lender requirements; the SBA and your lender make all loan decisions.

Ready to put your loan request in front of a lender?

Name, email and phone. That's all it takes to get started.
